J-Track is an excellent NASA site that allows you to track satellites in real-time including the International Space Station, the Space Shuttle, and the Hubble Space Telescope. This site links to J-Pass, which tells you when an object will pass over your location so you can plan a viewing. These sites require that you run Java.
There is another site called Live Real Time Satellite Tracking that you can add to your personalized Google page.
Enjoy and Happy Viewing,
